Rosy had the 'LH surge' yesterday. I told her not to check as we would be just disappointed when Kevin isnt able to provide for us this weekend. She said she has to chart the fertility cycle so still needs to check. She is now ovulating and i pray that some sperm was still hanging around up there when the egg was released, if so, then this baby really wanted to be born!!
Did I mention that Im also praying she has twins? there are quite a few twin set in her family so it would be absolutely brilliant if we do. i want a big family and as age isn't on our side, twins would be ideal.
We didn't do much today, just went shopping and pottered around the house. We are taking Katie to the zoo tomorrow as she has just started noticing animals. It would be good for her and very entertaining.

- I met my partner in Sydney through a friend in March 2002. Rosy and I are best friends and partners in every sense of the word. I wouldn't be here without her and she without me and our little 'Katie' would be non-existant. We advertised on a free classifieds website to find our sperm donor and it didnt take long to decide on 'Kevin'. He was exactly what I was looking for - blonde, blue eyes, tall, handsome and educated. After a medical check we got started shortly after purchasing a kit from www.insemination-help.com . He came to our house, used the bathroom to do the 'business' and then left so we could get on with the insemination. It was easier than I thought and it didn't take me long to fall pregnant. I had a wonderful pregnancy, a normal painful labour and am loving every minute of motherhood. After Katie was born, we started trying for number 2. It is now my partners turn to carry and we are using the same donor. Kevin does not realise the enormity of the gift he has provided. We would do absolutely anything for him - no questions.
